Smart Oatmeal & Peanut Butter Drop CookiesIngredients:
¾ Cup (soft) Butter (600 Calories)
¼ Cup Peanut Butter (380 Calories)
½ Cup Sugar (360 Calories)
¾ Cup (packed) Brown Sugar (540 Calories)
2 Eggs (140 Calories)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 ½ Cups Flour (600 Calories)
½ Teaspoon Baking Soda
3 Cups 100% Rolled Oats (900 Calories)
Mix Butter, Peanut Butter, Sugar and Brown Sugar until creamy in a large mixing bowl. Stir in Eggs and Vanilla. Layer in Flour, Baking Soda and Oats into mixture. Mix Well.
Drop tablespoon sized dough balls onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Bake until the bottom of the cookies are golden brown.
Makes 5 dozen. Freeze baked cookies in a freezer safe container and they will last for weeks.

1 – 28oz. (canned) Baked Beans (840 Calories)
1 Pkg. (cut each frank into 5 pieces) Bun Length Turkey Franks (8) (960 Calories)
¼ Cup (shredded) Cheddar Cheese (120 Calories)
4 Slices (toasted) Wheat Bread (280 Calories)
Heat Beans and Franks together until Hot.

Smart Tuna Patties– No fishy taste!Ingredients:
1 – 12oz. (can) Albacore Tuna (drained) (300 Calories)
1 Egg (70 Calories)
½ Cup (shredded) Cheddar Cheese (160 Calories)
¼ Cup Mayonnaise or Whip Dressing (140 Calories)
¼ Cup Ranch Dressing or Peppercorn Dressing (280 Calories)
¼ Cup Chopped Onion (0 Calories)
2 Cups Toasted Rice Cereal (200 Calories)
1 Tablespoon Butter (100 Calories)
Season to taste with Garlic Powder, Pepper, Onion Powder and Cayenne Pepper.
Mix together Tuna, Egg, Cheese, Dressings, Onion, 1 cup Rice Cereal and Seasonings in a large bowl. Form into 5 patties. Press each side of the patties into (1 cup crushed) Rice Cereal. Fry patties in Butter until golden brown and cooked through (about 20-25 minutes). Or, Fry patties in Butter until brown on each side and transfer to a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
